2021 The issues that I had previously complained about regarding the difficulty getting through to the office have been resolved. There's a new phone system and you can also contact them through the MyChart app. Dr. Alphonso is an excellent, caring doctor, with a competent and pleasant staff. I am very happy I stayed with them!
Dr. Alfonso is the most attentive, caring, and well-intentioned physician I’ve ever visited. If you’re looking for a new PCP, look no further!
You can NEVER get through to make an appointment. RX refills take forever and they do not respond to electronic prescriptions. They also do not allow refills via MyChart.
Dr. Alphonso is great. A good and caring physician. But the infrastructure supporting him is so dysfunctional that it makes it very hard to remain a patient. 1. Phone contact: they rarely pick up the phone. ...return calls are always late. 2. Confirming reminders: send you to either the wrong place or for the wrong reason, i.e. blood draws in North Falmouth where they say I have an appointment with Dr. Alphonso.(He's in South Yarmout). 3.
