Dont choose this service provider! They always have excuses for not providing reliable services and make you feel like it is your fault. They don’t even try to understand the patient and do something about the issues. All their staff should work with wood or other materials not with humans and especially not with the most vulnerable ones
He provides providers for assisted living patients at facilities. He never saw my mom even when the PA could not figure it out . Tests I could not get results of. I regret ever utilizing his service. All about the money . His providers even charged and never saw mom.
Doesn’t have time to share patient info to the forwarding Doctor, even though we tried and contacted Maria. Lack of care from where I stand and no condolence letter, email or text when Dad died. It’s all about the $ I guess, that’s how I feel about this Doctor and his group!
