Dr. Scott is, hands down, the best provider I've ever seen. He is kind, intelligent, patient, you name it. He is incredibly knowledgeable about both allergy and immunology issues, even super rare ones. He has, singlehandedly, improved my quality of life more than any other provider or treatment I've tried. I am so beyond grateful to have him on my medical team. Doctor Scott and the nurse’s have been great so far “5 star “ but I have to say the front desk staff are extremely rude and unprofessional towards me . Not just once but every interaction is very hostile, attitude, rude , ultimately makes me scheduling an appointment or gathering information from desk very difficult and dreadful. If it wasn’t for Dr. Scott I wouldn’t recommend this place but because of his outstanding attention to detail and experience I stick with him. Dr. Scott and the nurses are wonderful. The staff are impossible because they have very strict rules but are disorganized and inconsistent in communicating them yet vindictive (“I’ll have to let the doctor know”) if you don’t follow them.
Dr Scott is very easy to talk to, kind and caring. I highly recommend you see him if you are struggling with allergies.
