Dr. Reid at the Lee Health clinic in Estero/Bonita was very attentive and explained things very well. I liked the fact I could get in line through my phone also
Dr Reid addressed my health issues and wrote three prescriptions. He was professional and listened to what I had to say. My fist time at an urgent care facility. Very impressed.
It was my experience that Dr. Reid seemed like he didn't care much the moment he walked in the room. He missed the mark BIG time with me. The visit with him was pointless... I ended up visiting the ER later the same evening because of pain Dr. Reid glossed over. The ER doctor made an alarming discovery after performing the only check that Dr. Reid did that day... only the ER doctor was tuned in and knew something was wrong right away. I ended up needing major surgery.
Very helpful. Listens. Looks into underlying issues. Good experience at the office and welcoming.
