D.R. Jordan came out within hours of me calling to discuss availability. Arrived, very clean and professional. Took about 10 minutes to diagnose the issue one of the toilets. Thoroughly explained what he saw, before installing the replacement. I had a few other questions about other plumbing concerns for my home. Reid does great work and along his work, he also explains the why for me to understand. His prices are reasonable and is always prompt, courteous, and honest. Will use him and his company again!!

Reid has helped us with multiple plumbing issues and also performed an install on a new air conditioning unit when our old unit failed earlier this year. He is highly responsive, honest, and knowledgeable and does good work.

Reid came by to give me an estimate. He was incredibly friendly and informative and actually talked me out of using his services!! We opted to use a propane tank rather than gas line. I’m so impressed by his professionalism and honesty and will definitely call him next time we need a service.
