D.R. Jordan came out within hours of me calling to discuss availability. Arrived, very clean and professional. Took about 10 minutes to diagnose the issue one of the toilets. Thoroughly explained what he saw, before installing the replacement. I had a few other questions about other plumbing concerns for my home. Reid has helped us with multiple plumbing issues and also performed an install on a new air conditioning unit when our old unit failed earlier this year. He is highly responsive, honest, and knowledgeable and does good work.

Reid came by to give me an estimate. He was incredibly friendly and informative and actually talked me out of using his services!! We opted to use a propane tank rather than gas line. I’m so impressed by his professionalism and honesty and will definitely call him next time we need a service.

The absolute best plumber I’ve ever had….and I have worked with a few. My water heater was leaking and ended up needing to be replaced. DR Jordan came the SAME day I called about the issue, despite having a busy schedule. They ensured I had a water heater that day. Went lengths to explain how things worked to me, safety features etc. You could tell DR Jordan really cares about the customer. The pricing I also felt was very good based on my research. Would absolutely use again for any of my plumbing needs.
