We were very lucky to become patients of Dr. Lupo last summer. He listens to your concerns; explains everything well; gives agency to patients around which route is best for them; and, makes the referrals necessary for specialized care. I've never felt more heard and respected in a medical office, and that is so helpful since many of my conditions have stigma attached to them. Thank you for supporting me and my family when we need it most!
