Receptionist is horrible, NO communication, no follow up, no reminders of appt, Cancels appt with NO notice till after showing up at KGH, then decides to tell me at 430 pm it was cancelled. By this experience alone I don’t recommend this was the 2nd communication error on her part!
If I could give a higher rating I would. I had breast reduction surgery 2 weeks ago. As it was an MSP covered procedure it was a bit of a wait but well worth it. I am so pleased with my results. He did such a beautiful job. Visually, they are lovely and healing well. Physically, I felt instant relief in my back, shoulders and neck. I saw Dr.Haythornthwaite this morning and he did a biopsy on a very "ugly" (his words) cyst on my lower leg. He was right on time and very polite. Explained the procedure very well and answered all my questions. His nurse was also very polite and helpful. We will do a follow up in a few weeks and I feel very confident about him being my surgeon.
I met with Dr Jordan Haythornthwaite on two occasions and he is one of the most professional doctors I have met. He is very honest and empathetic. He explains matters in a direct and easy to understand way. His receptionist is also very nice.
Dr Jordan was on call the Saturday afternoon I horrifically injured my hand. He used 49 staples to put me back together. 6 months later he operated to release the tendons from the scar tissue. I am truly grateful for his skills.
