I met with Dr Jordan Haythornthwaite on two occasions and he is one of the most professional doctors I have met. He is very honest and empathetic. He explains matters in a direct and easy to understand way. His receptionist is also very nice.
Dr Jordan was on call the Saturday afternoon I horrifically injured my hand. He used 49 staples to put me back together. 6 months later he operated to release the tendons from the scar tissue. I am truly grateful for his skills.
Gave 1 star because -1 wasn’t an option. This man’s skills are at amateur level, my breasts have been severely mutilated by him, after receiving a breast reduction in the facility I was hospitalized for sepsis and drainage of a significant sized abscess, necrosis of one nipple and internal fatty tissue. Recently had surgery for carpal tunnel. I was awake with just local freezing so I was a nervous. The nurses and doctor were amazing and kind. Shut my eyes and listened to a meditation while having the surgery and it was over very quickly. The doctor was great, quick explanation of what was happening, listened when I mentioned I take a bit to fully freeze and have a latex allergy but also very to the point (I prefer).
