Dr Eisenstock failed to diagnose my mother's neurodegenerative disease for 3 years. He arrogantly looked me straight in the eye and said he saw no evidence of Parkinson's. Only tested for it when we insisted. She tested positive, to the surprise of nobody except him. By that point she had missed out on 3 years of medication therapy. Apparently part of the reason her symptoms were milder is that she was being prescribed duloxetine, which is known to mask Parkinson's. You know I had a really hard time with this doctors office. Dr. Eisen stock didn’t really do much for me. I never recall eeg testing after a tbi to help pin point brain issues with pain and muscle spasms and spasticity and omg their answering service!!! Like what type of brain doctor has an answering service that doesn’t take messages. Like I call while they are on break to have a referral sent to a different doctor to try and get Botox injections to help with associated pain caused by a brain injury and the answering servic... read more
