Dr. Frey is a talented, amazing surgeon with incredible patient interface. He is detailed and knowledgeable about the procedures; takes the time to answer questions and concerns; and one of the kindest doctors I’ve ever met with. Five stars all the way.
Dr. Frey from the BEGINNING has been wonderful! Great bedside manner! Super knowledgeable, and my results from the numerous surgeries I have had with him have all been perfect..he’s probably the only surgeon I will go to ever again, LOL

Dr. Frey is a great physician. He did my reconstructive surgery. The problem is his office staff. I was a patient from 2023 to 2025. I finally left and went to another plastic surgeon for my second surgery. I have never been to an office with so many uncaring unprofessional staff. No one answers the phone and when you leave a message, they don’t return phone calls. After four attempts, I finally did speak to a staff member who informed me they are extremely busy!
