I went the other day for a root canal and as I was trying to see the estimate on bill the young lady Jennifer had taken awhile to bring my paper work. Upon receiving it there were additional charges for other services that I did not receive. I was so upset with the front desk patron that she tried to argue with me in such an unprofessional matter. This office is fantastic! I have received a range of dental services from Dr. Kim. with most recent being the Kor Whitening protocol. Dr. Kim did a absolutely first class job! Dr. Kim's understanding of the science of whitening is impeccable, and I got great results. I think this is the place to go in MD if you need professional whitening. The office staff (Jennifer, Nison) who have assisted me are top notch and super-friendly. I truly enjoy my visits to his office
By far the worst and painful experience, I ever had at any dentist I ever been too as kid! Charged $10,000 for a procedure that he botched and completely ruined. He's over priced and inexperience!! Our family will take legal action. Only if I could show the photos!
