The Katy Office is awful. One staff person running everything. Three times while there for office visit stated no payment..met my deductible and yet I get a bill. Second, I had to reach out to Dr Pierce after not getting my follow up call. April 14 calls and tells me she is going to refer me to do a test. Today is April 21st and no call. From a medical perspective I have no issues. She Ordered the scans and EEG and provided the results. From a service perspective, I expected more. 1) Dont book online. I tried that twice and both times my appointment had to be moved. Not sure why they offer that feature. 2) bedside manner was lacking. She didn’t introduce herself or ask for my name when we met. I get it, it’s neither here nor there but for me, I would have preferred some type of intro especially as I’m anxious and nervous about this potential neurological iss... read more

Went for 1st appointment felt routine I was given a sample pack with 2 pills, prevention medication initially sent ended up being 500$ with insurance scheduled follow up for EMG arrived at my appointment to be told my copay was 400$, mind you I don’t not have that on that day nor was I made aware of my copay prior to scheduling or confirming my appointment. Office staff said my insurance covered everything n them billed me 11475 and found out it was a fraud don't go here the staff over bills and don't know what to do correctly. I told them I owe 50 for my copay and that the insurance covers only 100 for test so they lied. I never received an itemized bill either.
