My daughter had an appointment for 2pm on the 20th of June. Appointment was made through HotDoc and confirmed through HotDoc. We traveled 2.5 hours for this appointment and once at the practice were advised they cancelled our appointment because we did not answer their call in the morning. The practice manager was very rude and kept repeating that they have a lot of patients waiting so they decided to give this appointment to the next person. Dr Jonny was the first doctor to really take my son's symptoms seriously and acknowledge that it was more than just 'back to back daycare illnesses'. A chesty cough that had lingered for four months literally cleared in a few days after seeing Dr Jonny, finally got the tests and treatments that we'd been searching for. Also quick to get in and see him, we had an appointment within a week! Highly recommend, Dr Jonny really listens and cares about his patients.
