I was very impressed with the Radiology Center at Woodburn. Upon arriving, i checked in (front desk was very professional) and within ten minutes of arrival they took me back to get a fine needle biopsy of nodule on my thyroid. Dr. Malik and his assistant were wonderful. She was very easy to talk to as I was very nervous. Their management policies are poor. They send me bills when I am not the payee as noted in my file. Not the first time! Then when I try to correct it they hustle me off to Buffalo

I had an X-ray of a potential broken rib. My physician could not get a reading the next day. I called the facility in Fairfax and was told the turn around for.a reading was 3 to 5 days. There is no way I would use this practice in the future.

I wish I can give them cero star. I went for a MRI and they ended up charging me for 2, and some administrative fees that my insurance won't cover, and on top of that because I didn't pay them in a month they sent me for collection, and the collection company is charging me interest. They never gave an stimate at front before I did the MRI, I'd never do it with them if I'd know they were going to charge me all that money . BUNCH OF THIEVES 😡😡😡😡...SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO TO ANOTHER PLACE!
