The staff were very helpful on the phone..got me in right away. It was super stressful as I was leaving the country in 5 days. Dr. Young spent quite a bit of time examining me, as I was not sure what tooth was hurting. Once determined I was in the chair next morning. He was great. I highly recommend him .
Dr Young and staff are extremely professional. I've had a few bad experiences with root canals in the past with other doctors so I was nervous going into this. Dr. Young and his team were fantastic. It was a pain free experience. Everything was well explained. I highly recommend them!
Super easy experience and pain free
I'm from out of out of town and needed some emergency work on my tooth. It was not what he normally works on but he took me as a walk in and got me back home pain free to see my dentist.
The
Painless
Dr. Young saw me on short notice when my root canal failed (from another dentist) and was able to salvage not only the tooth, but the crown as well. I was cranky from the swelling and pain that had set in, but him and his staff handled me with the utmost professionalism. It's not everyday that a doctor will see you on short notice and stay after hours to ensure treatment. He even took time to explain the process and provided me some snazzy earphones to listen to music while he worked. Top notch!
Ethical: he refused to remove roots since I felt no pain through crown, but after crown fell off days later and pain resumed, he decided to remove. He and assistant worked very quickly but carefully 2 1/2 hours on bent roots (more difficult than straight roots). Dr. Young gave excellent post-op instructions in writing at my departure, then called several days later to follow-up. He saved my tooth so now I chew without pain. This doctor is superior and highly recommended.
