Absolutely fantastic surgeon I had THR can hardly see scare and feel benefits already after second day couldn’t be happier.
Managed to get an appointment easily. When I got there however, Dr Young was rude and, dismissive and disrespectful. He asked no questions about my other health issues that have affected my hip. He completely dismissed my concerns and said nothing was wrong. Months later I had further X-rays that show a serious condition of my back/ hip that he didn’t even believe my concerns. I sent an email with a copy of my X-rays to show that in fact something was wrong and I never even had a reply.
Superb surgeon ... Crippled, 60's something male with severe arthritic hip. Suffering increasingly for years with a catastrophically deteriorated hip, 5 years waiting patiently for the Medicare to help me ... alas none arrived. I decided to take up medical coverage to see to this and any other medical needs I might have going forward. receptionist extremely rude and unhelpful, got angry at me for no fault except of the dr not completing a form out correctly. was only following up due to part of my job, some general kindness (considering the job position) would of been lovely.
