Dr. Wu is attentive and detail-oriented, careful with numbing injections, and does excellent work with fillings. He even checks in afterward, which I haven’t experienced since my paediatric dentist. Katherine, my hygienist, is gentle, thorough, and attentive to detail. She explains what she’s doing, makes sure I’m comfortable, and offers helpful tips for maintaining good oral health. Dr. Jonathan Wu and Katherine are fantastic. They are very detail-oriented and professional. Highly recommend! They speak English, Mandarin and Cantonese as well.
Dr Wu and his staff are incredible! My family and I have been seeing him for years and it's because he has always been very attentive and thorough with his work. He follows up with his patients, he's very clear, and very nice. He's always asking how my family is doing and it makes my dentist visit better because I feel comfortable. All of the staff are efficient, incredibly friendly and very thorough with all details of your appointment. Dr Wu is kind, gentle and takes his time and explains everything in detail so you know what to expect. I get the distinct feeling he really takes pride in his work and is detail oriented to make sure he does a great job. He went out of his way for a follow up call rather late into the evening the day after I had some work done to make sure I was okay. I highly recommend Dr Wu and his clinic.
