Dr. Scott is a wonderful Neurologist BUT I cannot say much for his office Mgr. I finally found a Neurologist I could trust and took the time for me. In October of 2017 I get a notice from his office manager releasing me as a patient due to 2 forgotten appts and a bill that was paid late. Instead of pulling me aside and educating me or giving fair warning I was slapped in the face with a letter. I am devastated. The Office Mgr. very rude. No people skills. Dr. Scott I’m sure has no clue!
Staff is totally unresponsive; doesn't return phone calls.
