Dr. Szyc is very knowledgeable and patient.
I have nothing against Dr. Lipszyc but his secretary needs to go. She is lazy and never answers the phone. I don't think his clinic gets filled with patients but no matter what time and day she never picks up the phone.
Not the best time management. One time I was waiting for an hour, he was late, I didn’t have patience so I left. Another time again I had to wait over an hour from booked time to get an appointment.However doctor is attentive and compassionate.
