I had a great experience with Dr. Jonathan Swetech and his PA. From the moment I arrived, the visit was efficient, thoughtful, and never felt rushed. The doctor is awesome but his PA or RN (the girl that talks really fast) is horrible. Everytime i see her its a bad experience. Im not getting into detail i have a few reasons but I feel bad for her elderly patients.
This office is very professional and usually right on schedule. Occasionally there are brief waits when unexpected situations come up, but most of the time I’m in and out within 30 minutes. My doctor is always well-prepared and attentive because they keep excellent notes. The patient portal is easy to use and gives me clear, up-to-date information from home.
