Considering everything is being run by just 2 people, is amazing. They're accommodating and when I was called early in to work and wasn't able to reschedule ahead of my appointment, I was prepared to pay the no show fee, it was my fault of course. I texted the number stating my issue. They were understanding and allowed me to reschedule, even though I was at fault, and no additional charge. A brilliant, supportive, and effective chiropractor. Friendly and helpful staff.
My first appointment - The waiting room was hot and uncomfortable and overcrowded with waiting patients. I then questioned the medical assistant about the paperwork as the diagrams on the forms were printed in reverse- left was right and right was left. She didn't think it was important. I wondered how the doctor kept things straight if the figures on the paperwork were backwards. After waiting approx 2 hours and no doctor in sight, I left - never to return.
