Considering everything is being run by just 2 people, is amazing. They're accommodating and when I was called early in to work and wasn't able to reschedule ahead of my appointment, I was prepared to pay the no show fee, it was my fault of course. I texted the number stating my issue. They were understanding and allowed me to reschedule, even though I was at fault, and no additional charge. A brilliant, supportive, and effective chiropractor. Friendly and helpful staff.
My first appointment - The waiting room was hot and uncomfortable and overcrowded with waiting patients. I then questioned the medical assistant about the paperwork as the diagrams on the forms were printed in reverse- left was right and right was left. She didn't think it was important. I wondered how the doctor kept things straight if the figures on the paperwork were backwards. After waiting approx 2 hours and no doctor in sight, I left - never to return. My wife went to see Dr. Smith because of a pinched nerve in her neck. All of the office staff were very attentive, and Dr. Smith made sure she was much better before we left for the summer!!!! We can’t thank all of the staff enough( for their compassionate care.
