Didn't meet him personally. The physician is his group was horrible didn't listen to a word I said and made me wait between his phone calls and rep lunches . Appointments for anything like emg are months waiting. They wont let you know of any deductibles or copays until you get to the office. It seems that its all about money here. Wasn't impressed at all. Staff is horrible.
Regardless of the reason I need to be a patient, the ladies at the front desk are always professional, met with welcoming expressions and efficient. The wait has never been long and Dr. Cross is very informative, thorough and always has a solution.
So professional and courteous. Gave me all the time I needed.
