I love the doctor love the staff but I can not make an appointment for then surgical side . I have tried everything I have now called every day for 3 weeks . Option 2 is for regular appointments option 3 is for surgical . Surgical never answers the phone all day . I have 2 call option 2 they say they can’t make surgical appointments but I ask if they can maybe go to the office and tell them to answer . I left over 20 messages not one has been returned . Dr Pavlinec has an Excellent bedside manner. He is Very knowledgeable and in tune to my specific needs and issues!!!
I think Dr. Pavlinec is the best urologist in central florida. He's extremely knowledgeable about all of the most recent research and procedures. He is also a kind person and willing to spend as much time as necessary with his patients. He also has a fantastic support team of Rose, physician's assistant and Karen, nursing assistant.
