Father is 91 years old and goes there once a month for Catheter change. Last month we had an awful experience with a nurse so called j. She wouldn’t give us her name and said her name was only the letter j with an attitude. Today we were seen by Aubrey who we requested to see my dad since she has always been so informative with the procedure as she goes along with changing the catheter. I like Dr. Nelson, he has always been good to me and I have never had a problem with anyone in the office or nurses. I am nice and polite to them and they are nice and polite to me!!!!!
