Dr Ray had a terrible bedside manner. He seemed to have little understanding of my daughters disease process and seemed to lack any compassion. His answers to our questions were terse and condescending. I would not recommend him
My father is currently under his care at Baptist East Hospital in Louisville. Dr. Ray has a terrible bedside manner. When I asked a question regarding my father condition his response was condescending. This is the 3rd admission in 8 weeks that he has seen my father and each time his attitude has been dismissive.
