Judging by the other reviews, my husband is not the only person whom this new receptionist has mistreated. Her name is Christina I believe. I was right there while she was talking to my husband over the phone and I could not believe the audacity and the way she was speaking to my husband. She messed up my husband’s appointment and rescheduled him for one and a half months later. She has a very bad attitude and I don’t know what high horse she’s on. The new receptionist named Christina absolutely sucks. She is rude, arrogant and has a very bad attitude. She takes no accountability for her incompetence and blames the patients instead. She spoke with me very rudely, messed up my appointments and made it sound like it’s my fault. She has no clue about how to do her job. I don’t even feel comfortable talking to her because of how rude and disrespectful she gets. She needs to be replaced asap with someone efficient and empathetic.
Dr. Melong is absolutely wonderful and kind and I’m very happy to be his patient. However, there was a receptionist before who was very kind and helpful as well but unfortunately that changed recently. Dr.Melong performed a procedure for my daughter, and I was with her throughout the process. He was incredibly knowledgeable and made both of us feel comfortable every step of the way. With the support of several very kind nurses and the skilled anesthesiologist from the Moncton Hospital, the entire team demonstrated exceptional professionalism and compassionate care. I truly feel confident in recommending Dr.Melong and his team to anyone in need in need of excellent medical care.
waited 2 years for an appointment To get surgery from a E.N.T .because im in pain daily.. They keep changing my appointment and today i called to check and make sure I did not miss my appointment, the lady proceeds to tell me I missed my appointment and was really unprofessional with me and acted like she did not want to help at all. like it was all my fault. and then pushes it 1 month further, amazing health care we have in Canada wow.
