The Dr. And PA are ok. The rest of the staff is awful. I hate dealing with the front desk and it is almost impossible to take to anybody that knows what there talking about. Overall I generally am frustrated when I have to deal with this place

I regret having back surgery every day of my life. I'm in pain all the time. I've moved away from the area since and when I called the receptionist said they don't do tele-health so they can't help me. They literally told me they won't help a patient they've done surgery on. Recommend not going here.
Dr. McNeal's office and Southeast hospital "lost" my mri images that were done after a car accident but before the major spine surgery. It has caused so many problems in receiving the health care I need from other/new doctors and it has delayed me being recovered by years 😞 Would highly recommend going to Birmingham for anything serious you need.
