I haven't been yet, but, if the office doesn't even call you back to make an appointment, even if you've called more than once, it doesn't matter how good the doctor might be, does it? Not if you can't get an appoint. I heard really good things about this doctor, but again, the office doesn't call you back and every time you call you get a recording. Maybe he is no longer in practice

Dr Rieber cares for his patients , he is compassionate and will answer all questions you may have patiently. . I highly recommend him.
I am rather disillusioned as I am on pharmaceutical therapy for Hep C (gotten through a blood transfusion 30 years ago). The drugs I am taking, he told me, can adversely affect my minor anemia. I having blood tests every 4 weeks to monitor this. Plus, my viral load was checked. I have spoken with the office 3 times asking to speak with the doctor as to whether the labs look okay and still have not received a call back. I am into wee 11 of 15 week therapy.
Doctor and office staff very on point and office staff explains all in details and are very sweet and polite, when it comes to answering questions related to procedure staff explains all in detail and of comfort. Waiting time is as all other good office, No office is a one minute in and out, I believe that offices that sees you quickly are not good at all. I will continue to be a patient With Dr. Rieber!
Excellent doctor from office visit to surgery. Always available, answers questions, great bedside manner and follow up. Highly recommend. Office staff terrific as well in both his office and the surgery center. True professionals.
