I am deeply disappointed by the unprofessional behavior of the front desk staff at this location. My 94-year-old great-grandmother arrived for her scheduled appointment and struggled to understand the sign-in sheet, which was covered by plastic. Despite her attempt to explain this, the staff neglected to check her in. Afterward, she was left unattended for over an hour and a half.
