Dr Gotfried is so kind and really smart. He is a skilled technician with a scope! He did an ERCP on me with NO complications. Squeezed me after an emergency visit showed stones in my bile duct. So grateful I went home for the weekend then back in on Monday.
I became one of his patients a little over 2 years ago and so happy I found him. I knew something wasn't right regarding my digestive issues aside from family history and he went above and beyond.
Dr. Gotfried quite literally saved my life. During one of the most difficult times in my health journey, he went above and beyond—always making time to talk, even late at night or while on shift at the hospital. He fought tirelessly to get me the medication I needed, and never made me feel like a burden, even when I was at my most anxious and persistent during a flare.
