Tried to get in as a new patient and the lady who answered the phone was dismissive and rude. The reviews looked so promising. Must not be true reviews. My true experience I didn’t even want to be a patient after the rude answer to the question “are you accepting new patients” don’t waste your time if you’re looking for a friendly staff and environment.
I have no idea what these negative reviews on Dr. Fuller & staff are but they are not true. Between my wife & I we have been to Dr. Fullers office too many times to even count. He is a kind & patient man & the staff are always kind & respectful. I know he works through his lunch hour on several occasions & the reason is he could be running way behind but he will spend as much time with you as you need. I truly love Dr. Fuller and his staff. He listens to me and goes over all my labs with me thoroughly.
Mr Fuller is a wonderful doctor but the staff don't know they're behind ends from a hole in the ground three times I had an appointment get there for them to turn me away saying I owed money if I didn't say nothing about it on the phone wait till you get there to tell you
