Called to make an appointment and never reached a person…Just an automated system instructing you to email a list of information to request an appointment. Did that..Waited several days. Then got a response from Tammy saying they are “not taking any NEW PATIENTS.” Might be helpful to mention that in the automated message before sending people on a scavenger hunt and making them wait for a reply. Good thing this wasn’t an emergency.
I had an excellent experience with Dr. Jonathan Fellus, who was attentive, compassionate, and thorough throughout my appointment. He asked thoughtful, relevant questions and took the time to truly listen to my concerns, while providing his expertise and insight along the way. I had my first visit on Dec. 18, 2025. Dr. Fellus spent TWO hours going over a 27 year history since my accident. He made a number of suggestions for medication changes which my PCP put into action. I had improved sleep immediately with Dr. Fellus medication change. He saw changes on my previous brain scan and did a medication change for that. He is obtaining approvals for other meds.
