Dr. Leake is an excellent physician and surgeon. However; his bedside manner is lacking. He is quite arrogant and boastful. Verbally, he can be offensive with his language and at one point he actually raised his voice and became upset when I questioned him post surgery about what was happening. ( "What is it with you? Always complaining about something." ) Luckily I am not a person who is easily intimidated. I would definitely NOT recommend him to a woman who is emotionally weak and needing some TLC. Yes, I was greeted when I walked in Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, if they had music on it was very soothing
The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. It would be nice if it was more spacious, but I've never had to stand. I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed.
