INSANE "BILLING" beware! After 18 months since service the BILL has STILL NOT BEEN SUBMITTED correctly to my insurance! Now I'm getting collections for the $400 bill, and my former insurance STILL HAS NO CLAIM SUBMITTED from the service in September of 2013! I have no recall what Dr Lara did to me but I will remember the headaches and hassle of his billing system.
