I couldn't believe it those people are really hungry for money 🤑 I hope that receptionist who answered me would never have any issue health problems with her Dad if she have one. I try to reschedule an appointment for my Dad but she was only worried about charging me $50 for not showing off they don't even send you a text or a reminder about the appointment I told her my Dad is a senior and he doesn't work he doesn't have the money so she said she's not going to make me the appointment until we pay soon sad
Office people are rude and unhelpful. Finally was able to get an appointment after three phone calls but after reading other reviews I decided to cancel. Went with someone else whose office people were very professional and friendly.
I would never recommend this place at all. Dr Jonathan Perley is ok, except that he never bothered to order an MRI of my previous left kidney surgery that was recommended by the doctor that operated on me and needed to be done in December 2023. I had to ask my GI specialist to do the needed MRI, which showed that I have an infection in my bladder. Upon reading the MRI report Dr Perley said that I needed a cystoscopy and that he had never seen what he saw beneath my prostate in his life. Then he proceeded to have me undergo s... read more
Beware: they don’t notify if the appointment was canceled. It happened to me twice!
Parking is terrible. No respect for patients time. Over book time frames. Always hours before service in an elbow to elbow filled waiting room. Need a better system time management Patients and caregivers time and life are valuable to them. Over an hour waiting again...
