Five stars for Dr. Ruzi, one of the best doctors I’ve ever seen because he spends time listening and actually cares. But unfortunately every staff member is rude and unpleasant and their billing department is incredible disorganized and doesn’t take responsibility. So if you have serious medical problems, go for Dr. Ruzi 100% but prepare yourself for the other employees.
They do not respond to phone calls or e-mail after many attempts.
Dr. Ruzi is terrific! He carefully took my sleep history, discussed alternatives for treatment and we agreed on an oral device which has been Great! I have recommended him to my husband and will to anyone else needing a superb pulmonologist. His staff is wonderful and he puts profound sayings on a blackboard to encourage his staff in positive ways and the practice reflects his high standards!
Horrible staff! I had to wait 3 months for the first appt. I couldn’t drive because of a coughing asthmatic attack. I called and rescheduled for a second appt having to wait another 3 months. That office worker did not document my file, reschedule me and she was fired from the office. I fought with the management. After waiting another 3 months for an answer, I was refused to be treated by Dr Ruzi. It wasted 9 months of my life, allowing long Covid to progress and will probably kill me.
