Horrible staff! I had to wait 3 months for the first appt. I couldn’t drive because of a coughing asthmatic attack. I called and rescheduled for a second appt having to wait another 3 months. That office worker did not document my file, reschedule me and she was fired from the office. I fought with the management. After waiting another 3 months for an answer, I was refused to be treated by Dr Ruzi. It wasted 9 months of my life, allowing long Covid to progress and will probably kill me. Been going to for years , excellent experience every time
I saw Dr. Ruzi for the first time last week and thought he was very knowledgeable, patient, and kind and asked thorough questions. I am so happy I found him.
Dr. Ruzi is the best. I have been seeing him for about ten years. The office is the worst that I have dealt with in years. I am in medical and if I treated patients the way that Susan from billing and Nancy do I would be out of business. Maggie in scheduling goes above and beyond to make people happy.
