Dr. Ruzi is terrific! He carefully took my sleep history, discussed alternatives for treatment and we agreed on an oral device which has been Great! I have recommended him to my husband and will to anyone else needing a superb pulmonologist. His staff is wonderful and he puts profound sayings on a blackboard to encourage his staff in positive ways and the practice reflects his high standards!
Horrible staff! I had to wait 3 months for the first appt. I couldn’t drive because of a coughing asthmatic attack. I called and rescheduled for a second appt having to wait another 3 months. That office worker did not document my file, reschedule me and she was fired from the office. I fought with the management. After waiting another 3 months for an answer, I was refused to be treated by Dr Ruzi. It wasted 9 months of my life, allowing long Covid to progress and will probably kill me.
