I have called and left two messages and spoke to a receptionist trying to make an appointment with the new patient coordinator. The coordinator never reached out to make an appointment. If this how the doctor allows his office to be run then he is NOT the doctor for me. DO BETTER STAFF! First message was left a week ago. I called back yesterday morning left a message; realized I forgot to leave insurance info so I called and spoke to the receptionist 24 hrs later still no call back.
Excellent Dr. He listens to you. The nurses are awesome. I look forward to my appointments.
Dr. Reyes and his staff have truly been a godsend. He has treated me since 2014. And the care is above par. I don’t know how i would have survived otherwise.
He is the best! He listens and really cares. He sent me scene shots of my xray to show my husband because he didn’t want me to do anymore heavy duty house hold chores. I really did not need them. My husband does the heavy lifting with house chores. But it just shows he goes the extra mile for his patients.
