Very nice and professional. Walked me through what he was doing. Receptionist Mary even offered to watch my son while I was being adjusted. Nice to know if I need to bring him! Just overall good experience.
Seriously I would give a 7/5 if I could. Dr. Braatz and his staff have been so helpful and kind, they’re super flexible and pick up the phone at literally all hours of the day. He actually listens and responds with pain treatment and remembers to ask every time how you’re feeling since your last appointment. Been with them for the last year and will never leave, love them! 1000% recommend.
