Dr Blau is a personable and knowledgeable M.D. He's easy to chat with and isn't quick to recommend surgery. The Office--LA BONE & JOINT is a factory. Dr. Blau is only in this office M,W,F. I believe he's an employee of this practice, not the owner.
Tomorrow will be 3 weeks since my total rt hip replacement. I had the surgery and now I am walking more than I have in the last 4 years. Dr Jonathan Blau is amazing! He told me that he could do it and he did better than that. If you can’t make up your mind between drs, call him. He is amazing!!!
We have asked for a phone call from Doctor Blau nearly everyday since surgery on our 88 year old loved one for 10 days ... Nothing. I had great confidence in Doctor Blau, but this is actually the third time follow up has been poor. The other times I thought it was just his office. Now it just might be the norm. This really should have been a 5 star review but even an excellent surgeon must have follow through. I am sadly disappointed.
Doctor blau did by total right hip replacement six weeks ago and did an excellent job. Thank you for the extra care and attentiveness to my health.
