This is a hard review to make. I truly like Dr. Docherty. I seen him years ago before he got with Hope Health. He is a wonderful doctor. I wish he would get in practice with some other place besides Hope Health. I don't believe he gets his messages. Staff at Hope Health are not all that friendly. Medicine he wants you to be on doesn't get refilled. I guess I should review Hope Health, I would give them a 0 if I could. Dr. Docherty is a wonderful doctor.
It's so hard to get refills. Make sure that refills are sent to your pharmacy prior to leaving your appointment because it could take you up to 3 days or more before you get any return call or any scripts. I just saw Docherty on last Tuesday. I've waited, called back to the office 3 times before giving up. I should not have had to see my Primary Physician for my Lyrica Script on yesterday.
Oh my goodness, the Doctor gave me 4 each medicines for my rheumatoid arthritis/ Lupus that would damage my kidney disease and the nurse stated I'm not on a treatment plan! They gave me medicine to put me to sleep but wouldn't give me nothing for my FATIGUE, Thank God for VA COLUMBIA COMMUNITY CARE, I CAN CHOOSE ANOTHER SPECIALIST WITHIN THE COMMUNITY. I PRAY TO JESUS I CAN GET ONE THAT IS WILLING TO HELP ME
We got here and found out they canceled my wife’s appointment. This appointment was scheduled months ago. Thanks for letting us wake up early, waist the fuel, and then have to reschedule 4 months out. My wife needs to see a doctor now. If we would have known this, we would have went somewhere else. And the lady at the front desk said they tried to call, and left a message, but we never received the call or message.
Very thorough. Listens and explains. Has helped me tremendously.
