They got to figure out how to deal with referrals. This is ridiculous, they have a CT image 4 out of 6 sinuses are plugged. Wonderful times! Still waiting........... that note pad full of excuses that's no good. You gaslighting my review. Never underestimate the eccentric ego of an ENT! I can read between the lines on several reviews that indicate trouble is brewing. I certainly won't put up with gaslighting or I should've trusted my instinct and deferred that referral months ago. We saw Dr. Dautremont in the hospital for my daughter. He was very kind and handled the situation well. I know that wait times are high for ENT referrals, but I definitely don't think it's fair to give negative ratings for that. It's not office specific, most ENT (if not all) have quite long wait times. I thought he was very professional and did a great job.
