I like Dr. Wagnon a lot It is easy to get an appointment and he listens to your problems and never ever rushes you. I trust his judgement and he makes recommendations and orders tests as needed. He never hesitates to refer me to a specialist if I need one. His staff is very nice to. You can do your lab work, as needed, at his office.
As a new patient I could not be more pleased. X-rays ordered at first visit. Set up for sleep study and received home testifying 2 weeks. So quick Set up for therapy within 2 weeks and starting on those changes and in short time doctor realized response was not to his satisfaction and had more imaging. Have been elsewhere waiting for 10 months to even get to my problems. Still waiting .I appreciate Dr Wagnon quick responses.
Requiring your patients to visit every six months is absolutely ridiculous. The staff couldn’t be more hateful. I will never recommend anyone for the practice.
Dr. Wagnon is a wonderful doctor. Very knowledgeable and very nice. Short wait. Has answered all of my questions and makes me feel that he cares about my well being. So glad I switched to him! Office staff are very nice too.
Where to start? Practice is a disaster! Constant changing office personnel. Can’t keep a PA. Can’t get response or tests ordered for weeks or months. If you need anything you have to go there and refuse to leave until it’s done. If you have a serious issue it is scary! Dr is nice but have lost trust in him.
I would actually do the opposite of recommend Dr. Wagnon. He and his office staff have absolutely NO follow through. It was determined that I needed gallbladder surgery. I was bright yellow from a blocked bile duct. It took 1.5 weeks for Dr Wagnon to call the surgeon to make the referral. I had to call the office 5 times and finally went in there and refused to leave until he called the surgeon.
The best physician in the area bar none. Short waits, quick appointments when you are sick, super friendly staff (you feel like you are visiting old friends instead of going to a doc appointment), and a doctor that knows that he is talking about and honestly wants to help keep you in healthy. Dr. Wagnon takes the time to explain what is going on and how his treatment should help. And he makes himself available if something does come up unexpectedly.
