Dr Shih and her staff are great. This is a very efficient office. Dr. Shih always tells me what everything will cost and lets me decide what I want to do. I have never had anything left unexplained. One time I had accidentally scheduled an appointment too soon for my insurance. Dr. Shih called me and rebooked the appointment so that it would be covered. I have not had the same experience at other DDS. I highly recommend this office.
Dr. Shih is a wonderful dentist who takes care to inform patients as to why dental problems occur and how to prevent them from happening in the future. During my intake, we spoke about everything from care plans (she is thorough), dental equipment, and finally to the structure of one’s teeth and gums, walking me through every step of the way. To put it simply, I was blown away! Her team is also nothing short of excellent.

I had an amazing experience with Dr. Shih at Pure Dental Care. I came in with two broken teeth and was honestly terrified, but she got me in the same day and fixed everything beautifully. The whole process was quick, painless, and she explained every step in a way that made me feel completely comfortable.
