This place is really nice they actually care for your tooth health rather than seeing you as a transaction. Dr Shih is very honest and takes the time to explain the “why” to put your care into perspective that someone not in the dental field would understand
Absolutely amazing place to have your teeth taken care of! Dr. Shih is amazing at what she does and always makes me feel good and informed about my teeth!
Dr. Shih is extremely professional, enthusiastic, and experienced. My family have been going to various dentists for the past 40 years and have received improper dental care services until our recent experiences with Dr. Shih. She took time explaining our individual dental treatment needs/ plans and obtaining our agreements ascwell as our insurance approvals prior to performing dental works on us. Thanks to Dr. Shih, my family and I now have very strong healthy teeth.
I had an overall pleasant experience with my cleaning at Pure Dental Care 6 months ago, until being recommended for 4 cavity fillings at the end of my session. I decided to wait and get a second opinion. Both my previous and next dentists did not recommend any cavity fillings. Perhaps the standard of care is more aggressive at this dentist, but it is certainly something to consider before undergoing recommended treatment here.
