Dr. Twardy is my 87-year old uncle's doctor. She is kind, respectful, and direct when she needs to be.
Very difficult to work with. She made what should have been a simple form to fill out by unnecessarily involving the other doctors that I have seen. I also had a have a new lab result that was way high that she did not give me any medication for. I have found a new doctor who listens to me.
She is an opinionated stubborn and condescending person who has a very poor bedside manner.
I went with my mother to see Dr. Twardy to address some issues she was having. I thought I was nice, however she was absolutely hostile towards me. She was abrupt about my mom's issues and not at all sympathetic that she was dealing with a husband suffering from terminal cancer. My mom is hard of hearing and she basically whispered.When I asked questions, she wouldn't even look at me. We left absolutely dumbfounded; she had been seeing her for quite awhile. My mom was so upset she never returned
