We hired him to create a stamped, stained concrete patio. He clearly did NOT know how to work with concrete. He made a gray, brushed mess that slanted inward toward our home. He destroyed our yard, too. He poured a trail of gray rocks that was 60 feet long through it. He left ponds of dried concrete all around the place. He made an impromptu retaining wall that is the ugliest thing you've ever seen; he even stuck to of my yard stones on/in it to hold it together! If it were possible I would have to give them a zero. But since I can't it will have to be one star. Horrible work done by John and his employee. I now have a deck that is just a mess. Wish I had never heard of his Home Improvement Company. PS John needs to learn how to be professional.
It's amazing what a few unhappy people can do to you on facebook. John has done nothing but top notch work for me. I did not pre-judge him before hiring and glad I was unaware of these vague, negative remarks and ratings. Bradley Holton only says "horrible work". His dislike of the logo speaks volumes as to his agenda. I'm very happy with the work he's done.
