Jason and the Johns team did an excellent job on our new water system. We were in the market for a tankless water heater and inquired about adding a filtration system at the same time. They tested and reviewed our current setup and provided us with options. We landed on a neutralizer/softener and they included a separate drinking system as part of the package. The price I paid was fair, they communicated well with me, and the installation was fast and easy. I would highly recommend Johns.

Dr. John's H20 has great service and they explain what they are doing to our water system each time they come out. They're friendly, professional, and flexible. Also, unlike many places around our area who have a long wait time, they respond in a timely manner and can come out when needed. Michael was the guy who came out to assess and fix the problem areas with our water this time and we are well pleased with his service. My husband and I highly recommend Dr. John's!
