I needed to install a water purification system in my house. I Contacted Dr. John’s H2O because of the positive reviews in my area. I scheduled an appointment with Jason Barnes and he tested my water and advised me about the system that I needed. I scheduled the installation for the next week. I have been very happy with my water purification system. Jason has been very responsive and helpful anytime I have had any questions.
I was very pleased with the installation of our whole house carbon filtration system along with the Kinetico osmosis system. From start to finish everyone was very professional and extremely proficient.
Everyone has been very professional and knowledgeable about the equipment they are working on. Very friendly also
Dr. John’s installed a full house system when I moved into my newly constructed house. They did a very good job - when I’ve had issues with getting the app connected and had concerns about flushing the system, they came out quickly. I had them install a self flushing system about a year later and it’s running beautifully.
Jason and Sam explained and installed our new filter system. They are knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with!
