Dr. John and his staff are 1st class professionals … they are all very kind and the Dr is a straight shooter, he will be 100% transparent with you regarding treatment plan, etc. 10/10 would recommend.
Everybody is great here and Dr. Rothrauff is the best dentist I've ever had. I can't stand going to the dentist, absolutely despise it, but this is the first dental staff that has made it as pleasant as possible to where I schedule and go regularly. Everybody will talk to you and explain and answer questions without making you feel like they're just trying to get you drilled filled and out the door.
It is always a great experience at Dr. John's. Never a complaint. It was a great move when my Dentist retired 10 years ago.
Was recommended to Dr John for an “urgent matter” which turned out to be a silly sinus problem!! Excellent and professional dentist! And front desk staff was very friendly which made matters comfortable! Thank you Dr John !
