Office Staff are rude and block you from gettingrto th doctor. Best you can hope is a message gets to the doctor and correct. Refuse tommake any new appointments to speak to the doctor about new issues. Still waiting on test results blood and seizure 12 hour study since June 15 it now August 15. Doctor is awesome when you can get to him. It's like calling the white house and asking for a ait down. Staff protect him better the the Secret Service. If he only knew.
