Absolute nightmare with Dr. Hickson! Everything was gibberish and lack of any communication. No one had any sense about anything and could not answer any simple questions like when is the next appoint, who do I contact about papers, is there ANYONE in the office to help? The Doctor needs to be taken to the Medical Review Board. Beware, he and his office staff (if you call it that) need to be replaced. I am a retired doctor and have never witnessed anything like him!!!
Dr. Hickson is great and was a joy to work with. Cannot recommend him enough.
