Killed a patient
Delashaw did my first three neck fusions at OHSU, he was great and I trusted him so much that when I needed my fourth surgery, I followed him to UC Irvine. Big surprise, he had turned into a pre modonna, all of his fame over his appointment at Irvine as the pituitary surgical wizard had gone to his head. After my last surgery and the circumstances surrounding it, he deserves everything he gets.
Dr. Delashaw, along with a team of OHSU surgeons, ultimately saved my husband's life by removing, in two separate surgeries, a large acoustic neuroma brain tumor. He was kind, compassionate, and displayed the level of professionalism you would expect from a neurosurgeon. Our two boys were 11 and 8 at the time and it was a scary time, especially for them.
