As the patient I have received zero answers. I've been dealing with my symptoms for over a year and all the things he has asked us to look out for we have, and when we brought them to his attention he completely ignored our concerns, couldn't answer anything, and completely looked the other way when it came to my health. I am mentally depleted of not having answers, a tumor is serious and isn't being taken as if it is. Dr. Honeycutt takes the time to explain things and he lays out your choices as a parent in a very clear way. We never felt "pushed" into anything and I felt like he gave us as much information as he could about each option so we could make our own decision. We were extremely grateful for his thoughtful diagnosis and treatment of our child and I cannot say enough good things about the follow up care we received from his team. After being discharged we still felt extremely supported and listened to by he and his team.
Be afraid, be very afraid.
Dr. Honeycutt did an amazing job with my child. He and his team just know how to make the parents feel at ease even though it is never easy send your child back for surgery. Thank you to you and your team for making us feel part of the family there.
To have your child need to be seen by a neurosurgeon, is frightening beyond words. Dr. Honeycutt is not only extremely gifted in the area of neurosurgery, he is also patient and kind. I can't say enough about his nurse, Sue! Extremely knowledgeable, and caring- she will make you feel at ease talking thru issues. Entire staff is dedicated to helping your child- and you!
Dr. Honeycutt saved my grandsons life after 3 brain surgeries against all odds. My family will be forever grateful. He is the best.
Dr. Honeycutt is amazing. There are just not words to express how grateful I am for saving my daughters life. His entire staff was amazing as well. Dr Honeycutt made the scariest time of our lives so much better. Professional and caring. Also Cook children's was also the best.
